Hi and welcome to Sheffield, we are so glad you are here!
Sheffield is an amazing city and great place to be at uni. Not only that but God is doing some amazing things in Sheffield and so it is a great time to be here too. We at St Toms Students want to say a massive welcome to you and we have been praying for you as you come here to start your university lives.

We would really love you to come and join our student family and be part of our amazing church, St Thomas Church Philadelphia. It is a really exciting place to be a part of, we work all over the city sharing the good news of Jesus. We manage to be a loving safe family while also being at the heart of a nation wide missional movement. Come check us out at a sunday service or come to one of our student gatherings. What is being a St Toms Student like?
Well at St Toms we have mission and discipleship at the heart of what we do. We believe discipleship is the foundational block of being a follwer of Jesus and we therefore really invest in discipleship. If you want to learn about being a disciple then this is a great place to be, the discipleship culture that we have developed here over the years loads of churches in the UK and Europe are asking us to teach them what we have learnt.
We are also the home of missional communities, this is a way of doing church that is based around comunity and discipleship focussed on a missional goal. It means our comunities are both authentic and exciting to be a part of.
On top of all this we have fantastic bible teaching, amazing worship and lots and lots of fun! There are loads of great churches in Sheffield but we'd love you to join us. The Lord has prepared a place for you in Sheffield, come and see if its as a St Toms Student. Pray about it, come have a look, but do get connected into a church!
